It is common for women to experience symptoms of depression, anxiety or emotion dysregulation due to hormonal shifts, life stressors and other factors. I work with women to address these issues as well as provide screening and assessment for other mood and mental health issues including Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and Trauma.
