Women's Mental Health

It is common for women to experience symptoms of depression, anxiety or emotion dysregulation due to hormonal shifts, life stressors and moving into new phases of life. I work with women to address these issues as well as to provide screening and assessment for Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), issues related to pregnancy/postpartum and perimenopause/menopause.
