Course Title:
SUPPORTING Women Through Perimenopause: Approaches and Interventions for Psychotherapists
Description:
Research has found that between 20-40% of women may experience depression during menopause. While most are more familiar with the physical symptoms, it is important to learn about the emotional and psychological impacts. This is important, as all biological women who live long enough will experience menopause. In this live, interactive training we cover Perimenopause/Menopause and how this phase of life impacts a woman's mental health and overall wellness.

Target Audience:
Psychotherapists, Psychologists, Marriage and Family Therapists, Counselors, Social Workers and Mental Health Professionals
Facilitated by: Kara Cruz, MA, LMFT, PMH-C
